Returns & Refunds Policy 

At Banner Printing, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure your orders are printed accurately and delivered on time. However, if something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help. 

1. Order Cancellations 

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. 
Once the order enters the production phase, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Damaged or Defective Products 

We take quality seriously and strive to deliver only the best. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any production errors: 

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 
• Please include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description. 

Once verified, we will gladly issue a replacement at no extra cost or offer a full refund, based on your preference. 

3. Incorrect Orders 

Received the wrong size, design, or banner style? 

• Let us know within 7 days of delivery. 
• We will reprocess your order or issue a refund after reviewing the mistake. 

Kindly double-check your submitted artwork and order details before checkout. We print exactly what you provide. 

4. Non-Returnable Items 

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or the error was on our end. 

Custom-printed banners are made to order and cannot be resold. 

5. Refund Processing 

If your refund is approved: 

• It will be processed to your original payment method. 
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or provider.
  

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item and it hasn’t gone into production yet, please cancel it and place a new order.
