1. Order Processing Times 

All orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, processing typically takes: 

  • Standard Orders:1–3 business days 
  • Custom or Bulk Orders:2–5 business days 

Please note that processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare and package your order prior to shipment. 

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers 

We utilize reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products. These include:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on: 

  • Destination 
  • Weight and dimensions of the package 
  • Selected delivery speed 

5. Address Accuracy 

To avoid delays or non-delivery, please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment or unit numbers where applicable. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
