How to Upload & Approve Your Artwork
During Checkout
● After adding your banner to the cart, you’ll be prompted to upload artwork.
● Acceptable file types: PDF, JPG, PNG, and vector formats.
● You’ll receive a digital proof—review it at 100% to check alignment, safety zones, and
clarity. Click “Approve for Print” when all looks good.
Post‑Order Upload Option
● Need more time to finalise? No problem—you can place your order and upload your
artwork later via your account dashboard under My Orders → Upload Artwork.
● If you can’t upload via the site, email your artwork to using your
order reference number.
